This notice covers the RapidIteration marketing website at rapiditeration.com and the inquiries you send through it. RapidIteration is based at 422 Richards St #170, Vancouver, BC V6B 2Z4. Contact hello@rapiditeration.com with a privacy question or request.
Products and client projects can have different data flows and agreements. This website notice does not describe the processing of client records inside RapidIteration One, CareOps or other applications. TabVault has its own product privacy notice.
Information you choose to send
Our forms ask for your name, email address and a description of your inquiry. Depending on the form, they also ask for your organization, role, team size, service interest or the reason you are contacting us. Optional fields are identified beside the field.
We use this information to respond, arrange a conversation, assess the fit of a service and manage the resulting correspondence. Please do not put passwords, payment details, medical information or personal records about clients, donors or program participants into an inquiry. We can discuss an appropriate way to exchange project material later.
Sending an inquiry is a request for a response about that inquiry. It is not a request to receive unrelated promotional messages. You can ask us to stop follow-up by replying or emailing us.
Form delivery and service providers
Website forms send their contents to Web3Forms, which processes submissions and forwards them to our team. Your browser connects to its service when you submit. See the Web3Forms privacy policy for its processing practices. Email correspondence is also processed by the email services used to send and receive it.
Our public website loads Google Analytics and HubSpot for website measurement and customer-relationship tools. These services may collect page views, referral information, device/browser information and identifiers through cookies or similar technology. Their behaviour can depend on provider and account settings. See Google’s privacy policy and HubSpot’s privacy policy.
We record an inquiry-confirmation event with the form type, such as a general or training inquiry. That event excludes your name, email and message. Those details are sent to the form provider to deliver your inquiry; the other website services described above may also receive information under their own settings and policies.
The website also requests fonts, JavaScript and some images from external providers, including Google Fonts, unpkg and Amazon Web Services. Those requests expose connection information, such as your IP address and browser headers, to the provider. Hosting and delivery services may keep access and error logs for operation and troubleshooting.
Cookies and browser choices
You can use your browser’s controls to block or remove cookies and restrict tracking. Removing a cookie may remove a saved preference. Browser controls do not delete information already received by us or a service provider.
You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. If you prefer to avoid the web forms, email hello@rapiditeration.com.
Storage, access and retention
Inquiry correspondence may be held in our email and customer-management systems. The applicable retention period depends on the inquiry, any resulting work, the provider configuration and record-keeping obligations. Contact us to ask about information associated with your inquiry or to request deletion; we will explain if some records need to be retained.
Our website service providers may process information outside Canada. If your project requires a particular hosting location or data-processing arrangement, raise that requirement before sharing project data so it can be addressed in the project agreement.
Questions, access and corrections
Email hello@rapiditeration.com with the subject Privacy request to ask about access, correction, deletion or a concern about how we handle your information. Include enough context to locate the relevant correspondence, but do not send identity documents in your initial message. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records.
If your concern is unresolved, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia provides information about privacy complaints and the matters within its jurisdiction. Depending on the organization, activity and applicable law, another privacy authority may be relevant.
Other websites and updates
Links to client sites, social networks, app stores and payment providers take you to services with their own privacy notices. Review those notices before providing information there.
We will update this page when our website practices change. The revision date appears at the top of this notice.
