Member organizations manage resources, groups, events and communications alongside their member records. Networkbase brings those functions into one platform, giving organizers a shared context for community activity.
Its AI-assisted organizer workflow uses recorded participation to suggest follow-ups for review. The workflow is available as an opt-in beta.
Outreach informed by participation
Networkbase prepares a short list of outreach proposals with the activity and organization context behind each suggestion. An organizer might review a welcome message for recently joined members or a follow-up with the leaders of a less active group.
The organizer brings knowledge that the system may not hold: an offline event, a recent conversation or a member’s communication preferences. Supporting context helps them decide whether a suggestion is appropriate and how to adapt it.

A review step before communication
Approving a proposal creates a draft campaign. The organizer can then refine the message, confirm the audience and decide when to send it through the campaign workflow.
The application retains the context behind the proposal and observations following outreach. That record supports later review of which suggestions were relevant, what needed editing and why a proposal was rejected.
AI as part of the platform
Member records, organization boundaries, permissions, groups, events and the campaign editor provide the structure around the AI feature. The model prepares a suggestion within that structure; the organizer remains responsible for communication.
This case covers the beta workflow’s design and functionality. Its effect on member engagement has not yet been measured.
