The context

AIDRIVERS is an autonomous robotics company based in London. RapidIteration developed the MVP of AIFO, a fleet-management system in the company’s autonomous-mobility domain.

What RapidIteration delivered

The AIFO MVP was a V2X-enabled fleet-management system. The MVP scope included mobility predictive analytics, global path planning, scheduling and extended environment perception.

RapidIteration’s engagement focused on engineering the initial AIFO product, within AIDRIVERS’ wider autonomous-mobility work.

Why a defined MVP matters

A technical product brings several decisions together: which capabilities belong in the first version, how the parts interact and what the team needs to learn before expanding it. A defined MVP gives the team a concrete basis for testing the product and planning subsequent development.
